FINAL RESEARCH PROJECT

Contemporary Media Literacies(CMLs) could be seen as too nebulous or devoid of clear goals. However, the CMLs online class has demonstrated to be the contrary. It was completely different from the other courses I have taken in the program. I am glad to have had the opportunity to share my areas of interest through different media genres. Some assignments provided the theory behind a given topic, and others were an invitation to develop our artistic creativity in a variety of ways. Also, the readings were thought provoking and there was plenty of room for communication, open discussion, and learning. We had the opportunity to consider new ideas and share our opinions on why authors were arguing in favor or against a certain viewpoint. Lastly, creating a final project in the form of a website not only curates all the wonderful projects created in this course, but also has provided the necessary tools to create my final portfolio.
